Please read this agreement carefully. By downloading, installing, or using Kiki Keyboard, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all terms.

1. Service Content and Form

1.1 Product Definition

Kiki Keyboard is an intelligent input method app based on AI technology, providing text input, AI smart reply, chat assistance, persona switching, intimacy adjustment, skin themes, etc.

1.2 Service Form

Provided as client software (iOS, Android). Some features require internet.

1.3 Service Changes

We may change, interrupt, or terminate services without liability.

2. Software Acquisition, Installation, Uninstallation, and Updates

2.1 Acquisition

Download from App Store or authorized channels.

2.2 Installation

Enable in system settings and grant permissions.

2.3 Updates

We periodically release updates.

3. User Code of Conduct

3.1 Usage Rules

Comply with PRC laws; no copyright removal; no system interference; no reverse engineering; no unauthorized trademark use; no information theft; no illegal AI content; no fraudulent use of AI content.

3.2 User Commitment

Submitted content must not violate laws or infringe others' rights.

3.3 Third-Party Products

We are not responsible for third-party products/services.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Company Ownership

We retain full ownership of software, designs, trademarks, AI models, algorithms.

5.2 User Content License

Content you generate/upload belongs to you. You authorize us to process submitted content for service provision.

5.3 Prohibited

No copying, distribution, adaptation, translation, or reverse engineering without written permission.

6. Minor Usage

Minors require guardian supervision.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 Service Changes

We may change or terminate services anytime without notice.

7.2 No Guarantee

We don't guarantee the product meets all requirements. AI content is for reference only.

7.3 Indirect Loss

We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

PRC law applies. Negotiation first, then court at company's location.
