This privacy policy applies to your access and use of various services provided by Kiki Keyboard through any means. Kiki Keyboard is a mobile input method product that helps users improve language expression and communication skills. We only process personal information necessary for you to use the product or service. This policy applies to Kiki Keyboard's App, third-party SDKs, and APIs. 2. Information We Collect and Usage Purposes
2.1 Registration and Login
Account name and Apple ID information for login.
2.2 Usage Information
Clicks, favorites, browsing data for continuous service experience and product optimization.
2.3 AI Content Generation Service
Based on AI model technology, we provide chat reply suggestions, opening line generation, text polishing, chat content analysis. When you actively use these features, we may collect and process text, chat records, chat screenshots, images, generation instructions, and your settings (language, relationship status, expression style). We only process information when you actively click generate, analyze, upload, or submit. Content entered in other apps but not submitted to Kiki Keyboard will not be used. Some content may need to be uploaded to servers or processed by AI model service providers. We take encryption and access control measures. Do not upload ID cards, bank card info, passwords, precise locations, or health information. We will not use your private chat records to train general AI models without separate consent. AI-generated content may be inaccurate; please verify before sending.
2.4 Membership Service and Payment
Transaction information (time, product name, payment method, amount) for membership purchase and order management. We do not collect bank card numbers or payment passwords. Payment is securely processed by Apple's In-App Purchase system.
2.5 Voice Input
Microphone permission required. Voice data sent to server for recognition, deleted after processing, not retained long-term.
2.6 Clipboard Function
Clipboard content collected for quick paste feature.
2.7 Security Operation and Service Improvement
Device information (model, OS version, IDFA/IDFV/OAID/Android ID, screen resolution), log information (operation logs, crash logs, performance data) for security and fraud prevention.
2.8 Push Notifications
Device identifiers (Push Token, IDFA) and app information for push notification services.
2.9 Exceptions to Prior Authorization
Information collection without prior consent for: national security, contract performance, legal obligations, public health emergencies, criminal investigation, protecting vital interests, publicly available information.
2.10 Anonymization
We may mine, analyze, and use anonymized user databases and share anonymized statistical information.

HTTPS/TLS encryption, data encryption at rest, data classification, access control, regular security assessments.
5.3 Storage Location
Servers in PRC; cross-border transfer requires security assessment and consent.

This product is primarily for adults. Minors under 14 require guardian supervision and consent.
