Kiki Keyboard Membership Service Agreement

2.3 Benefit Changes: We reserve the right to adjust membership benefits based on operational needs.
Section 3: Membership Fees and Charges
3.1 Pricing: Actual prices are displayed on the in-app subscription page. We may launch promotional events.
3.2 Payment Methods: You can pay through Apple's In-App Purchase system, subject to Apple's policies.
3.3 Refund Policy: Membership services are digital and virtual goods. Once activated, membership services are non-refundable (except in cases of major service defects, breach of contract by us, legal requirements, or our consent to refund).
Section 4: Membership Period
4.1 Period Start: Membership period begins upon successful payment and ends when the subscribed membership type period expires.
4.2 Non-Extension: The period will not be extended due to non-use.
Section 5: Usage Rules and Code of Conduct
5.1 Account Usage Limitation: Membership benefits are for personal use only and may not be transferred, rented, lent, or shared.
5.2 Prohibited Acts: No obtaining membership through unofficial channels; no commercial profit from membership benefits; no bulk AI content generation for improper use; no sharing member-exclusive content.
5.3 Breach Handling: Violations may result in: warning, suspension, termination of membership, account deletion, with no refund of paid fees.
Section 6: Service Interruption and Termination
We may interrupt or terminate services when: membership expires without renewal; account cancellation; serious violation; force majeure; product discontinuation.

Section 8: Intellectual Property Statement

Section 10: Agreement Changes and Notifications
We may revise this agreement. Major changes will be communicated via in-app pop-ups and notifications.
Section 11: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by PRC law. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, by filing a lawsuit with the competent court at our company's location.
