Kiki Keyboard Auto-Renewal Service Agreement
Important Notice: This agreement concerns your automatic payment rights. After activating auto-renewal, we will automatically charge your payment account before each subscription cycle expires. You have the right to cancel auto-renewal at any time.
Section 1: Scope of Application
This agreement applies to auto-renewal membership services activated in Kiki Keyboard. For Apple App Store In-App Purchase subscriptions, Apple's policies also apply.
Section 2: Activation and Authorization
2.1 Activation Method: You may choose to activate auto-renewal when subscribing. We do not pre-select or force-bundle auto-renewal. Activation requires your active selection and confirmation.
2.2 Authorization: By activating auto-renewal, you authorize us to automatically charge the next cycle's membership fee from your linked payment account (Apple ID balance, etc.) at the end of each subscription cycle.
Section 3: Renewal Rules
3.1 Renewal Cycle: Same as your initial subscription cycle (monthly/quarterly/annually).
3.2 Charge Amount: Based on the price displayed on the in-app subscription page on the charge date.
3.3 Charge Timing: Apple charges automatically within 24 hours before the current subscription period expires.
Section 4: Cancellation
4.1 Cancellation Method: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time without additional fees. Go to "Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions" on your iOS device to manage and cancel subscriptions.
4.2 Post-Cancellation: You may continue using paid services until the current subscription period ends. After expiration, services terminate automatically.
4.3 Charged Fees: Fees charged before cancellation are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Section 5: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by PRC law. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, by filing a lawsuit with the competent court at our company's location.
Section 6: Apple App Store Standard Statement
"Per Apple Developer Program License Agreement: Payment charged to iTunes account upon purchase confirmation; subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before period end; account charged within 24 hours before period end; users can manage and cancel subscriptions in Apple ID account settings."
Apple Refund: iOS users contact Apple customer service for refunds; refund rules subject to Apple's policies.
